The project seeks to complete the existing monastic complex “Nasterea Maicii Domnului” (Birth of Our Lord’s Mother) with the buildings of the Priory, the Bell Tower and a separate body for the monks’ settlements. The proposal takes from the architectural language of the existing buildings: the Summer Church and Altar.
The facades are treated with a minimal of classic inspired decoration: frames, braces and balustrades and the materials fit into a narrow palette, white decorative plaster, rhomboidal board and metal closure for the external stairs.
